Coconut Milk is easy and delicious! If you like the ingredients in the name, you'll love the dish.
1 1/2 cup water
1 large native coconut
Remove coconut meat from shell. Wash and cut into small pieces.
Put into a blender, add the water then blend until well smooth.
Strain off coconut milk through a fine sieve strainer.
Use less water to get a rich creamy coconut milk
For storage pour into a container and freeze until ready to use.
If You choose to freeze the coconut milk do not thaw the frozen coconut milk before using it. Put the frozen coconut milk into the pot
